Submit a Lesson Plan for Professional Development Credits (MPPs)

 
To receive the 9 professional development credits from M-DCPS for participating in the IMPACT II Idea EXPO held Nov. 21,
you will need to:

• Please submit by January 11, 2010: a lesson plan based on an idea you received at the Idea EXPO.
  
  You may submit your lesson plan using the form below or e-mail or mail the lesson plan.
  E-mail the lesson plan to lvalle@educationfund.org,  or
  mail to Lorna Valle, The Education Fund, 900 NE 125 Street, Suite 110, North Miami, FL 33161.

The Education Fund will then record that you have completed the requirements on Form 5739 Professional Conference and deliver to the Professional Development Data Center after Jan. 11, 2010.
The credits should post to your account by Feb. 01, 2010.
