Who can visit? When may you visit? How do you get an appointment?

Full-time teachers and current year PTA/PTSA Presidents in Miami-Dade County Public Schools are eligible to visit the Ocean Bank Center for Educational Materials warehouse.

Teachers and PTA / PTSA presidents are entitled to one visit every six months. If you have never visited the Ocean Bank Center, you may visit at any time. You may request a pass two months prior to the six-month period.

To shop for free supplies at the Ocean Bank Center for Educational Materials warehouse, you may choose one of the following three options:

  1. Complete a pass application online.
  2. Send a written request available at the link on the right.
  3. Fax in a request, available at the link on the right, to 305-892-5096, attn: Ocean Bank Center Pass.

Once you receive your pass, you may...

  • Visit the Ocean Bank Center on the pass day and fill a shopping cart with 100 points worth of supplies.
  • Complete a one-page report detailing how the supplies were used.
  • Request another pass every six months.
