Taste of Education: Showcasing Students Culinary Talents

Save the Date -- The next "A Taste of Education" event -- February 8, 2018

Thanks to everyone who came out on February 9, 2017 to "A Taste of Education", an evening dedicated to celebrating volunteers and the culinary dreams of student chefs from the 30 culinary programs in Miami-Dade County Public Schools.

Robert Morgan took the night's top prize for "Overall Best Tasting and Healthy Dish: Spinach and Boursin Stuffed Chicken Breast"

Other winners included:

North Miami Senior High:  First Place Vegetarian - Vegetarian Stuffed Mushrooms

Coral Gables Senior High:  First Place Seafood - Chorizo Stuffed Sea Scallops

Miami Central Senior High:  First Place Meat - Vietnamese Pho

John A. Ferguson Senior High: First Place Dessert - Fudge Trifle
