If you received an Ideas with IMPACT Innovator Grant during the 2022-23 school year, please complete this form and upload copies of all receipts associated with this grant by March 30, 2023. You can also submit receipts by email but ONLY if sent in in PDF form with all receipts on separate pages, all pages combined into one PDF. All images must be clear, with date of purchase, name of retailer, and all amounts clearly shown.
